LViS Brand and Product Policy

  • The names "LViS Studio", "LViS Me", "LViS Starter", "LViS Actions Builder", "LViS Videogram Builder", and any other trade name associated with the platform.
  • Logos, slogans, brand imagery, icons, and graphic elements.

2. Permitted Use of the Brands

The use of our brands is permitted only in the following cases:

  • Registered customers: To promote that they use our services, always respecting the established brand guidelines.
  • Authorized partners: Through a written agreement that allows the specific use of our brands.
  • Informational mentions: To cite or refer to LViS in articles, publications, or non-commercial content, provided it is done accurately and not misleadingly.

3. Prohibited Use of the Brands

The use of our brands is not permitted in the following cases:

  • To confuse or mislead third parties regarding any relationship, association, or sponsorship with LViS.
  • On unauthorized products or services that may harm our reputation.
  • In any content that promotes illegal, discriminatory, violent, or offensive activities.
  • To register domains, social media profiles, or any other digital asset containing our brands or trade names without prior authorization.

4. Brand Presentation

To ensure consistency in our identity, any use of our brands must comply with the following guidelines:

  • Respect the colors, proportions, and typography specified in our Corporate Identity Manual.
  • Do not modify, distort, crop, or alter the brands in any way.
  • Do not overlay the brands with other graphics, text, or images that hinder their identification.

The Corporate Identity Manual is available to authorized partners and customers upon request.

5. Product References

The names and descriptions of the products and services offered by LViS must be used clearly and accurately. It is not permitted to:

  • Rename products or services to present them as one’s own.
  • Alter or misrepresent the main characteristics of products in presentations or descriptions.

6. Reporting Improper Use

7. Consequences of Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized use of our brands, trade names, or products may result in:

  • A demand for immediate cessation of the improper use.

  • Suspension or termination of any contractual relationship with LViS.
