2.1. Features

LViS is a video automation and editing platform that offers services such as:

  • Automated video creation.
  • Generation of variations in different languages or formats.
  • Production of accessible videos with audio description and Braille transcriptions.
  • Automated publishing on external platforms.

2.2. Access and Availability

The service is available 24/7, except for interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or technical issues beyond the provider's control.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1. Registration Requirements

To access our services, you must:

  • Be of legal age under Spanish law.
  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information during registration.

3.2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out from your account.

4. Use of the Platform

4.1. Conditions of Use

The use of the platform must comply with applicable law and good practices.
The following is not permitted:

  • Uploading, creating, or sharing content that:
    • Is discriminatory, offensive, or promotes hatred based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other personal or social condition.
    • Incites violence, harassment, intimidation, or any illegal activity.
    • Promotes illegal activities, including but not limited to child pornography, terrorism, piracy, or fraud.
    • Infringes intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
    • Violates privacy or personal data protection rights of third parties without their consent.
    • Contains obscene, defamatory language, or content that violates human dignity.
  • Using the platform to store or transmit malicious content, such as viruses, malware, or any software designed to damage or interfere with the operation of the platform or the devices of other users or entities.
  • Misusing the platform in a way that negatively affects its operation, such as excessive load testing, reverse engineering, or hacking attempts.

4.2. Consequences of Breach

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently delete the account of any user who breaches these conditions of use. In addition, we may take appropriate legal action if misuse of the platform causes damage to LViS, its users, or third parties.

By using the platform, the user undertakes to comply with these conditions and to ensure that any content uploaded, created, or managed meets the ethical and legal standards set out in this document.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, and trademarks related to the platform are the property of LViS or its licensors. Use of the service does not grant you any rights over these elements, except those expressly stated in these terms.

6. Payment and Pricing Policy

6.1. Fees

Use of the platform is based on a credit model. Each operation has a credit cost, which must be consulted in the updated pricing table on our website and in the signed service agreement.

6.2. Renewals and Cancellations

Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be issued for unused credits.

7. Data Protection Policy

7.1. Legal Compliance

We comply with the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7.2. Purpose of Processing
